The Sound FC SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness) Clinic helps players unlock their athletic potential through fun, high-energy sessions designed to improve movement, coordination, and reaction speed. Players will learn how to move efficiently, accelerate past opponents, and change direction with confidence—all while building strength, balance, and body control. Open to all Sound FC players who want to gain an edge in their game. |
