| Friday nights are back at Sound FC beginning January 16th with a 3-week Academy program focused on foundational defending principles. These sessions are designed to supplement team training and help players stand out when they don’t have the ball… yet. Players will work on individual and small-group defending concepts while developing confidence, awareness, and discipline in defensive moments. |
