Registration for fall recreational league play starts March 1. A Player* is registered by a Parent through either our Online Registration or via a Registration Form that can be presented to a NYSA Registrar during one of our Open Registrations or at the NYSA Office during normal working hours.

Online Registration

If you are a Parent of a previously registered NYSA Player, you can register the player during Registration periods by logging onto the NYSA Site with your ID# and Password and clicking your way to Parent: Register Player.

If you are a parent of a player that is new to the NYSA, you can register a player online during Registration periods, but you must register yourself as a Member first. Click your way to Log On: Join NYSA to start your Member registration process. You can find more information in Information: FAQ.

In Person Registration
Please obtain a NYSA Registration Form, complete it and take it with the appropriate fees and certified birth certificate (required for players that did not play with NYSA last season) to the NYSA Office during normal working hours (Mon-Thurs 9-12:30). Forms are also available at the NYSA Office. In-Person Registration can also be accomplished at one of the Evening Open Registrations held in March, April & May as well as a Saturday Open Registration in May. (see our Calendar for when and where these are scheduled).
Registration Period
The NYSA Online and In-Person Registration period (for the upcoming fall season) begins March 1 and closes on the last day of Open Registration in May. Registration is then closed until Late Registration begins. Check Information: Calendar for the beginning date of Late Registration. Late Registration is taken on a "space available" basis (filling open spots on teams) throughout the summer in the NYSA Office during normal working hours.
