Note: This function is only for brand new, first time NYSA membership application.

If you are a NYSA Member:

1. And you want to register a returning player or add a player to your family, go to Logon.

2. If you have forgotten your Password, you can use the Logon: Reset Password function. Or send an email to office@northshoresoccer.org.

3. If you have forgotten your SiteName, send an email requesting your SiteName and access instructions to office@northshoresoccer.org.

To Apply to NYSA for New Membership:

1. Please complete the following information and click "Apply" at the bottom of the page. (if you are already a licensed Referee, please refer to the instructions in the "Referees via SRC" choice on the left.)

Once you have successfully applied for membership with this form, NYSA will process your registration request within two business days. You will be sent an email with a link to create your password.
