1. NOT for returning Player Registration! (Do NOT use this to try to register a returning player - it will automatically be deleted!)
2. If your child is now registered or has been registered with NYSA in the past, send an email requesting your MemberID and password to office@northshoresoccer.org.

If you are not currently a NYSA Member and, if you would like to apply for Membership within the NYSA as a Coach, Parent, Referee, or in any other capacity, please complete the following information in it's entirety and click "Apply" at the bottom of the page.

1. Information collected here is ONLY used to identify who you are and determine your eligibility for involvement with the NYSA. You are required to provide the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Address, City, Zip, a PrimaryPhone and a PrimaryEmail. (Please include in "About Me" your reason for application: ie., "new to area & want to register my children to play"; "have referee license & want to referee NYSA games"; "am not a parent, but want to coach"; "want to register for a NYSA hosted Clinic", etc.)
2. Once you have received your MemberId from the Site, the NYSA will process your registration request within two normal business days. You will be notified via Email at the PrimaryEmail address (make sure you spell the Email address correctly!)
3. The ONLY information that you will be required to divulge to the general NYSA Membership is your Name, PrimaryPhone and PrimaryEmail. Other information is available to the general membership only if you elect to make it so (by clicking on the checkbox next to the field title). You CAN change what you elect to make available at any time after you are accepted for participation in the NYSA Program.
4. You WILL be required to agree to the appropriate NYSA Agreement(s) upon being approved for involvement with the NYSA. Depending upon your desired involvement, you may also be required to participate in the WSYSA Risk Management program.
