How do I register a new player for a camp/clinic?Printable

A new player can register for a camp/clinic online on the NYSA website, via mail, or in person at the NYSA office. A New Player is defined as a child who has never been added to the northshoresoccer.org database.

Online Camp/Clinic Registration for New Players
Log onto the NYSA website with your own Parent SiteName and password. If you do not have/know your SiteName and/or password, then please click on the following arrow Logon: Help.->

After logging onto the website, click on Parent:Player-Add a Player.-> Fill in the required data entry fields for the new player. After you have successfully added your player to the database you can now click on Register Player: Register for Camps/Clinics.

If your child was not registered with WA Youth Soccer the previous fall season, you may need to fill out a fall registration form-> in addition to the camp/clinic registration and pay an additional fee for insurance.
If your child played soccer last year with WA Youth Soccer, please provide the player's WA Youth Soccer TeamID.

Register a New Player for a Camp/Clinic by Mail
You can register by mail, but keep in mind that your spot is not secured until we receive your registration. To register a new player via mail, click here to get the Camp registration form.

If your child was not registered with WA Youth Soccer the previous fall season, you may need to fill out a fall registration form-> in addition to the camp/clinic registration and pay an additional fee for insurance.
If your child DID play soccer last year with WA Youth Soccer, you do not need to fill out this form, just provide the player's WA Youth Soccer TeamID.

Send your form(s), payment and proof of birth (if necessary) to NYSA, 12810 NE 178th St, Suite 202, Woodinville, WA 98072.

Register a New Player for a Camp/Clinic in the NYSA Office
Come to the NYSA Office-> Monday through Thursday between 9:00am and 2:00pm to register your player. Someone is generally in the office on Fridays between 9:00am and 2:00pm, but not always. Be sure to bring Proof of Birth so that your registration can be completed.

Send NYSA Proof of Birth
All new players signing up for camps/clinics must present proof of birth-> to the NYSA before a player is considered 'Registered'. (The only exception is if they were registered with WA Youth Soccer during the season and in that case we need a WA Youth Soccer TeamID to verify with your Association's Registrar.)
A copy of the birth certificate or passport can be emailed, mailed, faxed or brought to the NYSA Office,-> or you can use the Parent/Paperwork-> page to first choose your specific player and then upload a scanned copy to NYSA.

Have a camera phone?
If you have a camera phone and can take a picture of the birth certificate or passport, just email it to us. As long as we can can read it, that works, too!

Email to Office@NorthshoreSoccer.org or Registration@NorthshoreSoccer.org.
