What are the playing rules for 11-a-side play (i.e. U12 and above)?

All 11-a-side matches are governed by FIFA's Laws of the Game, with some modifications made by Washington Youth Soccer. Click on the arrow to get the Washington Youth Soccer Coach Handbook, which lists its Rules of Competition.
